The garden has a view of the mysterious Pico de Ferreira (760m). Aratinga inn is also home to many small native animals such as squirrels, little monkeys, butterflies, lizards and colourful parrots. We are proud to share their natural environment, in which the leaves forming the “links” of this website were also found. Our guest rooms are in traditional colonial style. After a day full of activities your hammock is a perfect place to rest. We trust that you will be comfortable and cosy in your room. Relax beside the pool in your airy and comfortable lounge room, where you will find a wide screen TV and an excellent library of DVDs and magazines, together with table games such as chess, dominos, backgammon, cards and many more. Our sustaining and healthy breakfast, included in the daily tariff, is served in the spacious breakfast room overlooking the garden. You will enjoy fresh juices, tropical fruit salad, figs, prunes, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses and cold meats, eggs, a variety of breads, home made cakes, fresh coffee, hot milk and tea. At the end of the day a delicious afternoon tea will be waiting for you. At Reception the owner will attend to you personally. During office-hours guests may use the Internet free of charge.
